Processing Time
All LAZO Collective pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days — $6, free on orders over $60
Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days — $13-15, calculated at checkout.
International Shipping: 7–21 business days — calculated at checkout

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
LAZO Collective is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5-10 days through our contact form with photos so we can make it right.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but reach out right away if you catch a mistake and we'll do our best to help.
